How to turn on text reminders (consent)

RideLogger can text a resident their ride details, or text a driver their pickup details — but only once consent is on file. Available on both plans.

Steps — for a resident

1. Go to 👥 Residents and edit the resident.
2. Check "📱 OK to text ride reminders" — only if the resident (or their family) agreed to it.
3. Save.

Steps — for a driver (or anyone flagged "also drives")

1. Go to 🧑‍💼 Staff and edit their record.
2. Add a mobile phone number.
3. Check "📱 Send trip texts to this person."
4. Save.

Who can do this

Staff, drivers, managers, and admins (residents); managers and admins (staff/driver records).

Notes

• Recipients can reply STOP any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
• There's a per-facility daily send cap shared across texts and voice calls.
• Every message identifies "RideLogger" as the sender; US/Canada numbers only.
