RideLogger has two flat-rate plans, both with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required to start.

Who can do this
Anyone can view pricing on the marketing site; only admins manage billing in-app (Settings → Billing).
Notes
- During your trial, your account is provisioned with full Pro-level features so you can evaluate everything before choosing.
- Promo code EARLY20 takes 20% off your first 3 months if you subscribe during the trial.
- If your facility is on Standard and approaches 200 trips in a month, you'll see an in-app warning before you hit the cap — trips are never blocked from saving because of it.
