How to export your data
Get your residents or destinations out of RideLogger as a spreadsheet at any time.
Steps
- Go to 👥 Residents or 📍 Destinations.
- Click 📤 Export CSV.
- A CSV file downloads immediately (e.g.
ridelog-residents-2026-07-20.csv) with your current list, including inactive records marked with a Status column.
Who can do this
All roles can export residents/destinations.
Notes
- This exports residents and destinations, not the full trip history — for trip records, use the Audit Log's printable report, or contact support for a full data export.
- Exporting is a good habit before a large CSV re-import, so you have a backup of the current state.
