Using the setup checklist

New facilities see a short checklist at the top of the Dashboard to get the basics in place before scheduling the first trip.

Steps

1. After signing up, go to 🏠 Dashboard. You'll see a card titled "👋 Welcome! Let's get you set up · 0/4" (the count is essential steps completed out of essential steps total — adding destinations doesn't count toward it, see below). 2. Work through the steps in order:
• Name your facility (Settings → Facility Information)
• Add your residents
• Set up your drivers (Settings → Driver Schedules)
• Add common destinations (optional — doesn't count toward the completion total)
• Schedule your first trip
3. Each step links directly to the page you need.
4. The card updates automatically as you complete steps, and disappears once all essential (non-optional) steps are done.
5. You can click Dismiss to hide it early if you'd rather set things up your own way.

Shown to managers and admins on a new facility.

Notes

• Adding destinations is optional — you can also type a one-off destination directly on the trip form without adding it to your directory first.
• Dismissing the checklist doesn't delete any progress — it just hides the card.
